Some of this may sound a little harsh, but we have learned a lot of lessons the hard way since early 2004. We aren’t trying to be exclusive, just keep our sanity.
Why is this lair only for Las Vegas locals?
It wasn’t that long ago that we allowed everyone to join, and seemingly almost everyone did. The drawback was that the discussions became over-run by people who had never even been to Las Vegas, trying to tell us how we should run the lair. This, being beyond ridiculous, resulted in the locals only rule.
I am moving to Las Vegas. Can I join now?
No. Wait until you actually live here then apply. Contact us right after you get your shinny new Nevada driver’s license.
I know the lair is for Vegas residents only, but…
If you are thinking of sending an email that starts with “I know the Vegas lair is only for residents of Las Vegas, BUT…” then you have discovered a great way to ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE that you will NEVER EVER hear back from us. Why? We get dozens of emails like this and all it does is make you look like a needy zero value idiot who didn’t read this frequently asked questions section.
I’m currently in the military and I am being transferred to Nellis AFB.
If they are sending you here to take a look at Las Vegas, then go ahead and email us when you know you’ll be visiting. Current active military, being transferred to Nellis are the ONLY people we will actually talk to before the move here. Why? We have found that active military guys do not generally fit the usual traits of guys who are “moving to Vegas” and want to try and join the lair. Military transfers tend to be sure things. Don’t try to cheat us on this… we’ll expect to see full uniform (digital pattern). Don’t be surprised if we ask to see military ID.
I’m coming to Las Vegas and want to meet up with you guys.
We used to offer to meet up with guys who said they were coming to Las Vegas and we found that 99% of them fell into one of two categories:
- They wanted a chaperone (someone to just show them around).
- They had ZERO social skills and just stood and hovered while we talked to the women. Again, we learned from this the hard way, so now we do not meet up with guys from out of town.
Where are the good places to go in Las Vegas?
We used to tell guys where our favorite places are, but all this did was muddy the water for us. We will give you this advice… There are plenty of good places OFF the Strip that aren’t overcrowded with aspiring PUAs on the vagina pilgrimage to Mecca. It’s not too unusual for a few hundred different unconnected guys from the community to run through Las Vegas each weekend. It’s Sin City after all, and what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. That being said, Vegas is as good a place as anywhere in this country to run day game (even though most guys don’t). Two places that we suggest for this are: The Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace and the Fashion Show Shopping Mall. Google them, you’ll find them.
